Alcoholic beverages

If your transaction includes any alcoholic beverage, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to purchase any such product. If you are purchasing an alcoholic beverage on behalf of someone else, the recipient must also 18 years of age or older. If, on supplying the alcoholic beverage, we are in any doubt about the age of the recipient, suitable photo identification may be requested. If sufficient identification cannot be presented by the person receiving the alcohol beverage, EVENT is entitled to refuse to supply the alcoholic beverage to that person.

EVENT reserves the right to refuse to serve or supply alcoholic beverages to anyone who they believe to be intoxicated in accordance with their obligations under the Sale of Liquor Act 1989.

If you submit a transaction which includes an alcoholic beverage before 1:00 pm on Anzac Day or at any time on Good Friday, Easter Sunday or Christmas Day, the transaction shall not be accepted by EVENT immediately at check out but shall be deemed to have been accepted by EVENT at 1:01pm on Anzac Day or 12:01am on the day following Good Friday, Easter Sunday or Christmas Day (as the case may be).
