Iff18: La Vita E Bella
Guido is a bumbling Jewish waiter in the Kingdom of Italy who falls in love with Dora (Nicoletta Braschi is his real life wife). When the horrors of WW2 arrive, the couple have a 5-year-old son. They are sent to a concentration camp and Guido spends every gram of his creativity to protect his son from the true horror by contriving elaborate games.
